2. Submit your completion certificate to your court.

We will send your proof of completion to you, and you will then need to deliver it to your court. The court will notify you when it has been processed, and let you know what your next steps should be. Since you are taking this course to satisfy a plea bargain agreement, no points will be removed from your driving record.

Note: Before we can begin processing your Certificate of Completion, you must first send us the notarized affidavit that’s required by the state.

How to Earn a 3-Point Credit on Your Driving Record

1. Contact the DMV to confirm your eligibility.

Often, once you have received 3 or more points on your driving record, the DMV will notify you, and you may then enroll in a traffic school course. If you haven’t received notice, it’s best to check with the DMV to make sure you are eligible for the 3-point reduction.

2. Enroll in and complete your I Drive Safely Nevada DMV point reduction course.

After you finish your course, we will submit your completion certificate directly to the DMV. You don’t have to worry about any paperwork!

3. Check your driving record.

Follow up by checking your driving record 2-3 weeks after your course completion has been submitted. You should see a reduction of 3 points from your history.

Our Nevada online traffic school course meets the state-required length of 5 hours. You may work through the course all in one day, or spread it out over a longer period of time. We make it easy for you to fit the course into your schedule!
