  • I forgot my password. How can I find out what it is?
  • Please click here to access the forgot password page. When you submit your registered email; I Drive Safely will email a link to reset your password, which is valid for only 30 minutes. You will receive an auto-generated email shortly. Also, you can change your password in The My Account page any time during the course.

  • How can I pay for my course?
  • You may make your payment online by using a credit/debit card with a Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover logo through our secure server. We do offer PayPal and Amazon express checkout options. No worries, we don’t store any credit/debit card details in our system.

  • How can I check my certificate status?
  • We will send an email notification about your certificate shipment, please check your course registered email account inbox & spam folder. If you have completed your course after 3pm CST, your certificate will be processed next business day. Our fulfillment team works Mon-Fri excluding holidays.

    • USPS regular mail, usually takes 5-7 days after shipping.
    • FedEx, please login to your account and click the tracking number to get more information about your certificate shipment.
    • Email & Download Delivery, Please login to your account and download your certificate.
  • What certificate delivery options do you offer?
  • For most courses, we offer free shipping of your completion certificate via U.S. Mail. If you need it faster? We also offer affordable expedited delivery options via FedEx. Please note that if you live in a rural area, delivery delays may occur. Email/download delivery is also available in most of the states for additional fee.

  • What is I Drive Safely’s course cancellation/refund policy?
  • It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about the course, we’ll refund the full cost of the course purchased on our website within thirty (30) days of purchase and before you have attempted to complete the final examination (or the quiz of the last chapter, where applicable or a certificate has been issued whichever comes first. No refunds will be issued for failure to pass the final examination. We will issue your refund within thirty (30) days of your request. Once a Driving Record has been requested, NO refunds are available.

  • What happens when I finish the course?
  • Depending on your state/court specific requirements, I Drive Safely will process your completion. For some courses we will issue a certificate of completion and deliver it with the selected option. For others we will electronically notify the state agency. To locate the delivery details for your completion please check the certificate status on your My Account page.
