Texas Instructor-Led Drivers Ed Course
Our TEA/TDLR-approved 32-hour online Texas drivers ed course for students between 14 and 18 is an easy way for you to prepare for your Texas learners permit and drivers license. You’ll complete the written (or classroom) portion of your Texas drivers education course online with the assistance of our staff of certified driving instructors. We’ll help you learn the material and review your work! Along with this course, you’ll need to complete 7 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction, 7 hours of in-car observation at a licensed driving school, and the state-required Impact Texas Teen Drivers course, provided for free by the Texas DPS. Under Texas graduated licensing requirements, you will also have to complete an additional 30 hours of supervised driving practice with a licensed driver 21 years of age or older (with 10 hours of those hours done at night). We’ll be with you every step of the way, and this course is a great foundation for a lifetime of driving safely.
Texas Parent-Taught Drivers Ed
Keep your driving instruction in the family! With our DPS/TDLR-approved parent-taught drivers ed course for students between 14 and 18, you’ll receive assistance and driving instruction from your parent or legal guardian. They’ll help you work through our online course, and will be your in-car instructor for your behind-the-wheel lessons and supervised practice driving (44 hours total, with 10 of these done at night). You’ll also need to complete the state-required Impact Texas Teen Drivers course, provided for free by the DPS..
