Both the student copy and the insurance copy of your completion certificate will be mailed to you as a single document. Detach the two copies. Keep the student copy for your own records. Either mail or hand-deliver the insurance copy to your insurance carrier. It is your responsibility to provide your insurance carrier with a copy of your completion certificate.
